This isn't just a programme—it’s your path to strength, confidence, and success - whatever that means to you.

 

Launching in Spring, over 12 weeks, we’ll help you push past limitations, refine your movement, and unlock your potential.

 

We begin with a one-to-one session, where we’ll dive deep into what success means to you. We’ll set goals that excite you, map out your journey, and assess where you’re starting on the reformer, and in your body.. These aren’t just targets—they’re your personal roadmap to transformation, shared with your teachers so every class moves you closer to your vision.

 

Then, it’s time to move. If you’re new to the reformer, breathe easy—we’ll guide you through, step by step. If you’re experienced, we’ll refine and challenge. 

 

Together, we’ll explore key exercises, tracking your baseline so you can see, feel, and celebrate your progress along the way.

 

From there, the momentum builds. You’ll attend two reformer classes per week—with flexibility to choose the times that work for you. That’s 20 classes over 12 weeks, so you'll have space to take breaks if needed. We’ll even give you priority booking, so your schedule works for you.

 

And then, the moment of truth. Twelve weeks later, we meet again. We’ll revisit your first session, repeat the assessment, and witness the transformation—your transformation. The strength you’ve built. The progress you’ve made. The goals you’ve smashed.

 

And from there? We set the bar higher. Because this isn’t the end of your journey—it’s the beginning.
