STROUD SKY YOGA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of our services (single class, class passes or memberships).

1. Bookings, Cancellations, Memberships and Passes

1.1       All classes must be booked in advance, classes are subject to availability. You are responsible for managing your own bookings, we are unable to manage bookings on your behalf.

1.2       All classes are payable in advance and no refunds for cancellations will be given. Cancellations must be made within our booking platform, rather than by contacting us.  Contacting us to cancel your booking will not be considered to be sufficient notice as we cannot guarantee that your message will be seen in advance of your class. You may reschedule to another class provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice and provided that there is availability in your chosen class. Classes that are cancelled must be re-booked within 4 months by using the credit on your account.

1.3     We require 7 days notice of any cancellations for workshops, events and private sessions. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will not be re-credited. Sessions that are cancelled with more than 7 days notice must be re-booked within 4 months.

1.4       It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive on time. If you are late we will refuse access to avoid disruption to others and in this instance no refunds will be given. No shows will be charged a community inconvenience fee.

1.5         In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class you will be given the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We reserve the right to change the teacher for any given session, and to change the schedule at any time to suit the needs of the business.

1.6       All class passes commence on the day of purchase, and they will expire within the time period specified for each pass. We cannot extend the expiry date nor can we delay the start of the pass.

1.8        Memberships commence on the day of purchase. Memberships must be cancelled in writing, by email, at least 14 days in advance of the next payment being taken. Membership bookings will always be subject to availability, we cannot guarantee availability in your chosen class and so advance booking is recommended.  Memberships cannot be cancelled within the minimum period agreed to upon sign up.

2. Clothing

2.1       You must ensure you wear clothing that is appropriate for the class you are attending. If you are unsure you should discuss this with us.

2.2       Footwear is not permitted in our classes but if you have any contagious foot complaints you must ensure that you wear socks at all times.

2.3       You must not wear jewellery or any clothing with zips during aerial yoga classes.

3.2       It is your responsibility to advise us of any circumstances affecting your health which may be exacerbated by attending a class. You warrant that you have fully disclosed any conditions to us prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse access to any class if we consider that your health may be endangered by your participation.

3.3       If you feel unwell at any point during a class you should advise the class leader immediately.

4. Minors

4.1     Minors are not permitted in our group classes, whether or not they are participating, unless specifically stated that the class is for minors.
