We thought we should post a reminder about bringing a yoga mat to every class that you attend at the studio. Unfortunately if you do not bring a mat then you will not be able to participate in the class. We have this rule to ensure that we are able to keep the studio clean and safe for everyone to use.
If you arrive without a mat, or if you do not yet own a yoga mat then we do have these for sale for you. We have two options and you can view them both on our shop. You can place your order and then collect your mat when you arrive for class.
Our favourite is the Yogi Bare mat as it has an excellent grip and really is a game changer for downward facing dog! However, we appreciate that these mats are not for everyone's budget which is why we also stock the Ekotex sticky mats which do exactly what they say on the tin!
