After a brief break over the Summer, Laura's Vinyasa classes are BACK!!!
Laura is a fabulous yoga teacher, she teaches a strong, forest-inspired class.
Her class is slow paced, but that does not mean it is easy! Watch out for long pose holds, and plenty of flows, guaranteed to work your muscles and build strength. Laura will calmly guide you through creative sequences, encouraging you to pair your movement with your breath, building fire in the body.
