An exploration into the world of props with Sharon.
Do you like the look of using blocks but unsure how to place them? Or maybe it’s a bolster that floats your bolt? Well, now you can find out out how props can enhance and support you in your practice with this playful Hatha session. We will move our bodies whilst learning the benefits of using blocks, bolsters and straps. We will finish by slowing down and melting into postures as the body unwinds into the golden moments of stillness.
