Join us in February for a 4 week Pregnancy Yoga course with Oli, a yoga instructor and Doula.
Oli will lead a slow and nourishing practice with the intention to provide you with a sense of comfort and joy, no matter what physical or emotional challenges you may face on your journey towards parenthood. Each session will include gentle movements, breathwork practices, a restful guided relaxation and community sharing circle.
Oli holds a safe space for you to re-connect to your own intuition and to connect with your baby.
Please note that this practice is gentle and is suitable from 12 weeks up until birth. Both beginners and seasoned Yogis are welcomed, and no prior Yoga experience is required.
