We started our online membership in March 2020 and we have no plans to stop it anytime soon!
Our lovely online community is open to all. Our teachers and students are a warm and friendly bunch.
Our online classes are fun, energising, and calming. All of our teachers include an element of stretch and strength in the classes, along with a deep relaxation at the end of our yoga classes.
All abilities are welcome. We offer modifications for newbies or those with injuries, and advancements for those who are more experienced or are seeking a challenge.
We have a variety of yoga classes and a pilates class every week. These are all hosted live on zoom so that you can interact with your teacher and receive instruction specific to you.
Our membership includes unlimited access to these classes, along with access to our online library of past classes which is updated with new classes every week.
For just £25 a month you can join us up to 5 days a week (or more with the on demand library!).
