Clara is a friendly and experienced pilates teacher and we are delighted to welcome her to the CSY team. Join her every Saturday for pilates at the studio.
Clara has extensive pilates training and she is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her students to help them gain strength in a fun and engaging way.
These pilates classes will focus on low impact, strengthening movements that leave no muscle group untouched. Clara ensures that there are always adaptations available, so that beginners to advanced clients will always find a level of challenge that works for them.
This class is suitable for all levels, including those with injuries or pre and post natal women. If you are looking for pregnancy pilates or post natal pilates then look no further!
Pilates is a great exercise for everything, and is particularly perfect for those who are recovering from an injury, returning to exercise, wishing to strengthen their body, or try a new challenge.
