We are pleased to announce that the lovely Lena will be running a Lunchtime Yoga session on Fridays at 1.30pm in our studio in Clifton, Bristol. Lena's class will be starting on Friday 18th September.
The class is a lunch time flow for all levels of experience. Take time out during your day to reset and recharge. Enjoy conscious movement to open, release, nourish and energise. You should expect an intuitive practice based on needs of the group as well as energies in the room. Lena will guide you through movement and flow with stillness in between, with pranayama, mudra and mantra. Feel empowered, nourished and renewed, ready for the rest of your day.
Lena completed 500 hours of study with the Soma Yoga and Medicine School. During her training, Lena explored elemental yoga, yoga for healing, ayurveda, yoga nidra, shamanism, kundalini and the chakras. Lena is particularly focused on using pranayama (deep breathing exercises) within her practice. She is aware first hand of how mental stress can cause physical ailments in the body and through her own yoga journey she discovered the benefits of pranayama, which transformed her life.
