We have two weekly yoga classes in the studio.
Vinyasa with Imogen on Tuesdays at 7.30pm. Move your body through Imogen's imaginative sequences designed to stretch and strengthen your body, and calm your mind.
Yin Yang Yoga with Vanessa on Thursdays at 7.30pm. Vanessa will guide you through some slow deep yin postures before introducing some gentle but dynamic flowing postures.
