Briony has a passion for wellness, and firmly believes that the key to living a happier, healthier life, is through self care. That can be through movement, or stillness, or somewhere in between.  You'll find her leading fun and energetic aerial yoga and reformer pilates classes, as well as gentle, restorative yoga or sound healing sessions, along with everything in between.

Liz is driven by a fascination with the profound intelligence of our body-mind and love for all types of movement. Her yoga classes explore the interplay between movement and breath, connecting deeply to our bodies and understanding how these movements harmonise with our breath patterns. Her reformer classes are spicy, fun and dynamic, creatively drawing from classical Pilates and inspired by many other forms of movement too.

After years of lower back pain and muscle imbalances, Sarah discovered Pilates, and it changed her life. She now has a deep passion for all things Pilates & is on a mission to help others find the same benefits.  Her classes will help you discover the power of the mind-body connection, focusing on core strength, body alignment, mobility, and overall well-being. Sarah is passionate about being there to support all of her students every step of the way and will always adapt the class to meet the needs of everybody.

Kerri is naturally curious, always learning, and passionate about teaching. As an avid dancer, and working clinically as an osteopath, she values building confidence and connection in moving your body. Her classes create an understanding, caring, and positive environment that welcomes everyone.

Our lovely Noemie has a wealth of knowledge from several teacher training programs. She is as friendly as she is experienced. With an inclusive teaching style, Noemie's intention is to nurture a greater sense of presence in each of her yogis, to allow a deeper mind and body connection.

Hattie's classes are grounding and inclusive, allowing students the space and time to explore their own body and breath. Hattie takes inspiration for her classes from the natural world, the changing seasons and the moon cycles, teaming these themes with anatomy and physiology knowledge to create a rounded practice for all.

Cora is captivated by the beauty of yoga and its transformation into an accessible art form within the hammock. Drawn to the freedom, creativity, and challenge that aerial yoga offers, Cora will guide you to explore the poetry of life, discover your natural harmony within, and deepen the connection between mind and body, earth and sky. Her teaching will leave you with a sense of balance and inspiration to carry into the rest of your day.

Daisy is a Reformer Pilates instructor with 20 years of Royal Academy ballet training and 15 years as a professional pole and aerial dancer. She fell in love with Reformer Pilates after it helped her recover from a long-term injury. Passionate about inspiring others, Daisy aims to share her extensive knowledge to help her clients achieve their fitness and health goals.
